Travel Information - COVID19
At this time we are only accepting Key workers into the hotel, no leisure guests will be allowed to stay. These bookings can only be made by phone by calling 01368 238002. We have no bar or restaurant facilities available at present although there is takeaways and also a microwave for guests to use. Breakfast is available either by room service or takeaway. These measures have been put in place to ensure that there is minimal risk to our staff and that we only need minimal staff on duty.
With COVID-19 developing in so many countries around the world, our commitment is to adhere to the strictest of W.H.O advice, and the protocols advised by local and international authorities.
We have introduced the following procedures to help limit the spread into our hotel and to our guests and employees.
All of our employees are fully aware of the current requirements and are undertaking extreme levels of health and safety procedure to ensure that the highest possible hygiene standards are maintained, throughout every aspect of the hotel.
Hand Sanitisers have been placed throughout the building and every room has antibacterial soap. We advise guests and staff to use these.
All keys are sanitised daily when returned from a guest
Our staff are regularly washing their hands throughout the day.
We are also minimising physical contact with guests and visitors to the hotel.
We are advising guests that we prefer card payments only in the hotel to limit the interaction with money for both guests and staff
We have advised staff that should they have any symptoms for the Coronavirus to stay at home and seek medical attention as per advice from NHS.
Lastly we ask kindly that you do not come and stay with us if you have symptoms or have been around someone with symptoms. We simply ask that you consider our other guests and staff members.
