We offer the best rates when booking directly and our rates directly are  always inclusive of bed and breakfast. We only now offer room only on3rd party sites such as booking.com.

Our cancellation policies are exactly the same with freecancellation up until 48 hours before and nopayment is taken prior toarrival.

Please check what you have selected carefully as we have rates for 2 people and rates for 1 person. If you select a rate for 1 person and it is for 2 people then you will be charged the difference. 

Please note that all our rooms are on the first floor and we have no lift.
